WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A HANDYMAN/HANDYWOMAN WHO IS NOT AFRAID OF HARD WORK BY LIFTING, STOCKING, DISPLAYING, MAINTAINING, STORE SHELVES WITH OUR CLIENT'S PRODUCTS. THIS ROLE WILL DRIVE SALES GROWTH BY MAINTAINING INVENTORY LEVELS/STORE APPEARANCE/CUSTOMER SERVICE. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR BUILDING AND MAINTAINING KEY PARTNERSHIPS WITH THE ASSOCIATES/STORE LEADERS.


REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE: MAINTAINING PRODUCT PRESENTATION STANDARDS, STOCKING INVENTORY ON SITE, INVENTORY MANAGEMENT AND DEFICIENCY REPORTING FOR MULTIPLE LOCATIONS AS ASSIGNED BY THE DM, PROVIDING A SAFE/CONSISTENT SHOPPING EXPERIENCE FOR THE END CONSUMER. DRIVE IN STORE SALES BY KEEPING INVENTORY LEVELS STOCKED, PRODUCT PLACEMENT, MERCHANDISING STANDARDS, ORDERING/STOCKING INVENTORY AT VARIOUS STORE LOCATIONS, ENSURING A POSITIVE CUSTOMER/CONSUMER EXPERIENCE THROUGH RELATIONSHIP BUILDING AT ALL LEVELS THROUGH PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE, FEATURES, USE, CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTATION, PERFORMS FULL CYCLE FULFILLMENT PROCESS IN DESIGNATED STORES, FOLLOWS ALL STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES (SOPS) - FOR WORK SAFETY, METHODS, CLEANLINESS STANDARDS, VISUAL MERCHANDISING STANDARDS, MANAGES STORE INVENTORY LEVELS UNDER THE VENDOR MANAGED INVENTORY PROGRAMS (VMI) TO STANDARD (CYCLE COUNTING, VERIFICATION, MANAGING ADJUSTMENTS OF ON HAND AMOUNTS WITH VMI), INSPECTS FIXTURES, SIGNAGE, BRANDED MARKETING COLLATERAL, PRICING SETS TO VALIDATE THEY ARE AT STANDARD, MAKES NECESSARY REPLACEMENTS WHILE IN STORE, REPORTS DEFICIENCIES TO ON SITE CONTACT AND INFORMS DM.


THE ROLE IS NOT FOR THE FAINT OF HEART - MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT/CARRY MILLWORK PRODUCTS FROM 50-75 LBS IN ORDER TO ORGANIZE/MAINTAIN/REPLENISH STORE DISPLAYS/SHELF INVENTORY W/PRODUCT FREQUENTLY LIFTING AND MOVEMENT REQUIRED, PUSHING/PULLING DRYWALL CARTS - WITH HELP FROM OTHER TEAM MATES TO MOVE HEAVIER LOADS, FREQUENT REACHING TO VARIOUS LEVELS/DIRECTIONS TO INSPECT/HANDLE PRODUCTS/FIXTURES, USAGE/OPERATION OF BASIC HAND TOOLS - SAFETY KNIFE, SNIPS, OTHER BASIC HAND TOOLS, POSSESS DEXTERITY FOR COMPLEX HAND-EYE TASKS - MOULDING/DOOR IDENTIFICATION/DIFFERENTIATION, KEYBOARDING FOR ORDER ENTRY, WRITING ON DOCUMENTS/FORMS, PRICING ACCURACY, CONTINUOUS STANDING, FREQUENT WALKING, STOOPING, BENDING, TWISTING, KNEELING NEEDED TO HANDLE AND/OR INSPECT PRODUCTS/FIXTURES, FREQUENTLY REQUIRED TO READ WRITTEN/ELECTRONIC DOCUMENTS/PRODUCT LABELS, NEED TO HEAR/VERBALLY COMMUNICATE AND RESPOND TO ALL MANAGEMENT, CUSTOMERS, TEAM MEMBERS, YOU WILL BE FREQUENTLY EXPOSED TO MATERIAL HANDLING EQUIPMENT/CONVEYANCES (FORKLIFT, DRYWALL CARTS), MUST BE ABLE TO USE SAFETY/PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT AT THE WORK SITES AND THE ABILITY TO WORK SAFELY WITH IN ANY SAFETY REQUIREMENTS WHICH APPLY.
