Our newest client is currently looking for sharp, articulate, detail and action-oriented individual(s) who thrive in delivering Customer Service to all their clients. You must be able to work as a part of a team by sharing expertise, seeking input, and sharing successes. You must possess a valid Drivers License in Good Standing and have a High School Diploma or Equivalent.

This role will entail handling your Customer from Start to Finish. Providing product information- service features, benefits, pricing, payments, credit terms and paperwork re the sale. As well, you will be presenting to the customer – insurance, warranties, protection packages and other packages that the dealership offers. When dealing with questions with the ongoing sales process you will close the sale by overcoming objectives or seeking answers when you are not sure. When the sale is complete – you will be delivering the vehicle to the new owner(s) – making sure that they are happy!

You will be following up on leads from in store visits of customers and phone inquiries. Not afraid of cold calling and connecting with all that you know in your network – you will be building a funnel of new and existing business. While keeping informed of all current products/promotions through the manufacturer. You must be able to achieve identified sales/finance office targets both in volume and gross. Must also be able to achieve minimum variable CSI scores for the REP compliance. Other duties as assigned will be required.
